Summary
Adds a dependency-free negative-results opportunity radar for issue #16.
The module extracts paper limitations, negative results, and failed replications, clusters them by topic/method, ranks research opportunities by evidence strength plus lab capability/interest fit, and produces assistant packets with peer-review prompts, citation queries, and reproducibility checklists.
